- You might want to be sure that the Hayes model you're connecting to supports
- V.34. If it's one of the old V.FC units, and it hasn't been upgraded to
- support V.34, the Multitech will only be able to connect at 14,400 bps as the
- Multitech's do not support V.FC at all.
